Processing Times

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Most in‑stock items leave our store within 2–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, major releases, or high‑volume periods. 


Packaging Standards

All comics are bagged, boarded, and packed in secure, Gemini Mailers. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it leaves our store.


Domestic Shipping

We offer multiple domestic shipping options through:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.


International Shipping

We ship to most regions worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on carrier availability and destination.

Please note:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.


Shipping Address Accuracy

  1. You have 24 hours to review and update your shipping details, if needed.
  2. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Returned packages will require additional shipping fees.
  4. Orders lost in transit due to address errors are not eligible for replacement or refund.

P.O. Boxes

Yes — we ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure the address is formatted correctly to avoid delays.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery status is the responsibility of USPS or UPS. If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


In‑Store Pickup

Free local pickup is available at checkout.

Orders that are paid for but not picked up within 60 days will be kindly returned to the store for resale, so please be sure to pick up your order on time!
